Meet Our Keynote Speakers for PyCon SG 2016

We are happy and honoured to announce our keynote speakers for PyCon SG 2016. Each year we reach out to well known members of the global Python community and once again we feel hononured that three great speakers accepted our invitation:

Dr. Yves J. Hilpisch

Dr. Yves J. Hilpisch is founder and managing partner of The Python Quants (http://tpq.io), a group focusing on the use of open source technologies for computational finance and financial data science. He is the author of the books "Python for Finance" (O'Reilly, 2014), "Derivatives Analytics with Python" (Wiley, 2015) and "Listed Volatility and  Variance Derivatives" (Wiley, forthcoming). Yves lectures on computational finance at the CQF Program (http://cqf.com) and has written the financial analytics library DX Analytics (http://dx-analytics.com). He is also organizer of meetups and conferences about Python for quantitative finance in Frankfurt, London and New York.

Audrey & Daniel Roy Greenfeld

Audrey & Daniel Roy Greenfeld are the authors of the well known Two Scoops of Django series. They are also the creators and core developer of Cookiecutter and lead a number of open source projects, including Django Packages, cookiekutter-django, cookiecutter-pypackage, and more. They both teach Django at Two Scoops Academy and are principals at Cartwheel Web. When they are not working, Audrey enjoys watercolor painting, sculpture, and photography and Daniel enjoys reading, writing, flying drones, photography, and capoeira.
