Ivan earned a PhD in Physics in 2003 from University of Geneva, Switzerland. He spent 13 years working in the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, developing applications for functional, diffusion and perfusion imaging before moving to Python software development, training and consulting in 2010. He has worked with C, C++, IDL, Matlab and Python mostly in Unix environments.
