We are inviting for proposals for talks and tutorials for the first PyCon Singapore Conference, to be held from June 18 to 20, 2014.
You. Your friends. Your friends' friends. Anyone with any level of Python knowledge is a candidate for a great topic at this conference. As we get attendees of all kinds from around southeast asia, we need speakers of all kinds from all around the globe. In all ways and manners, we try to assemble the most diverse conference we can, and we do that with your help.
Whether you got started with Python last month or you've been around for 20 years, we think you've got something to share. The Python community is stronger than ever and we're still reaching new areas, new industries, and new users. Be a part of growing Python by helping us change the future.
Note: The submission deadline for proposals for talks and tutorials has been extended to April 30, 2014.
You can greatly help us with the proposal review process by submitting your proposal through this website. In order to do so, please take one minute and follow these three steps:
Step 1: Sign up
In order to submit a proposal, please create a user account at this website by using our sign up form.
Step 2: Create speaker profile
When we accept your proposal, you will be featured on our page of speakers. Therefore we need a picture of you and a short bio. Please login to this website and click at Edit your speaker profile.
Step 3: Submit your proposal
After you have created your speaker profile, you will find the Submit a new proposal link on your dashboard. Fill in all fields and describe your proposal.
